A year ago we drilled our first well. Today, fourteen wells serve more than 6,000 people across the northern districts.
What we learned
The hardest part isn’t drilling, it’s maintenance. Every well now has a local committee trained to make small repairs and a fund for spare parts.
What’s next
This year’s goal is twenty more wells, starting with the villages farthest from any existing water point.
